摘要
宽带技术的迅猛发展和普遍应用使得网络游戏已经逐步发展成为一个有着巨大潜力的产业,对网络游戏消费者行为的研究也变得日益重要。本文应用开放式调查(Open-ended Question)的研究方法,调查了与网络游戏密切相关的76名人员,对网络游戏消费行为的影响因素进行了归纳分析,发现网络游戏消费行为受两大类共8个维度因素的影响,并为网络游戏企业改进游戏设计和营销推广提供了理论基础。
The Rapid development and universal application of broadband technology has made online games industry gradually a huge potential industry, so the research of online game consumer behavior is becoming increasingly important. This paper uses an Open - ended Question to survey 76 peoples who are closely related to online games, and conducts an inductive analysis into the factors affecting consumer behavior of online games and concludes that there are eight Dimensions factors of two categories that can affect the consumer behavior of online games. This paper also provides a theoretical basis for online game enterprises to improve game design and marketing.
