摘要
当前,在企业心理契约研究中,其内容、维度、模型呈现了多元化、个性化趋势。据诸类心理契约依附要素属性不同,可将其划分为"心理型心理契约"和"契约型心理契约"。其中,"心理型心理契约"突显了心理契约的本质题意,其适用要素大致包括较高的员工文化修养、基于长期雇佣合同的职业生涯规划、信息畅通的扁平化组织结构、共享型集体主义企业文化、模糊化的工作设计等。
According to the attributes of the various kinds of elements psychological contract is dependent on, we may divide it into the psychology contract of psychology and the psychology contract of contract, wherein, the psychology contract of psychology features essence topic of psychological contract, its suitable element including higher cultural education of staff, professional career plan based on the long - term employment contract, fiat organizational structure of open information, collectivism enterprise culture in network, fuzzification work design and so on.
