间接性选区激光烧结铁粉材料及成型工艺研究

摘要 本文进行了间接性选区激光烧结铁粉成型粉末的实验,结果表明以环氧树脂作为粘结剂的铁粉成型粉末制备简单、成型性好、成本低,并对工艺参数进行了优化。用此种材料在优化的工艺参数下制作出了复杂的三维零件且误差稳定在+0.3 mm左右。 It is significant to develop new material with low cost and good formation property for selective laser sintering(SLS) applications.Fe powder was investigated for indirect SLS in this paper.The researches show that SLS material made of Fe powder with epoxy resin as binder is very easy to produce with good formation property and low cost.Moreover,its sintering parameters were optimized in this paper.Complex three dimensional parts are successfully fabricated using the material and optimum parameters and its errors are always about +0.3 mm.
