摘要
阐述了门机门腿与上支承环焊缝经常性开裂的情况,分析了开裂的原因,提出了修复门机门腿与上支承环之间焊缝的建议。由此排除金属结构隐患,确保设备的安全运行。
This paper states the status of the crack of the welding fissure between the leg and the upper support ring on the gantry crane, analyses the reason of the crack. Then it puts forward a few suggestions for repairing the crack of the welding fissure, which wipes out the hinded trouble and ensuse the safety of the equipment.
