大学生与中学生预防艾滋病生活技能教育效果的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对两所试点学校进行生活技能教育前后的问卷调查的比较分析,了解大学生和中学生对预防艾滋病的相关知识行为现状及探讨生活技能教育的成效。方法2007年6月-9月在山东潍坊某高校和山东菏泽某中学对240名学生开展以生活技能教育为基础的学校预防艾滋病(AIDS)专题教育,并在教育前后分别发放问卷了解相关的认知情况。结果开展教育前中学生和大学生对于HIV/AIDS的认知情况有显著差异。教育前后的中学生和大学生的自我对比有统计学意义,生活技能教育取得较高成效,特别是对于共用杯子和厕所不传播HIV的认识由教育前的21.2%和26.3%的低正确率分别提升到了93.2%和92.4%。结论在中学生和大学生中开展生活技能为基础的预防艾滋病教育非常有效,应推广这种教育模式,同时调动社会、学校、家庭的力量建立一个综合艾滋病防控网络。 Objective To study the feasibility of life skill based and participatory approached teaching in a middle school and a college . Methods Life skill based HIV/AIDS education was piloted among 240 students from Heze and Weifang during Jue to September 2007, and the evaluation effects were evaluated with quatitive questionnaires and learning experienee. Results Before the education and there was a signifieant differenee between middle school students and college students . Compared with before education , after education there was also a significant differenee . The correet answer rates for use the same eup and WC can' t transmit HIV , which increased from 21.2 %, 26.3 % to 93.2 %, 92.4 %. Conclusion Life skill based HIV/AIDS education is effective in middle school and college, so it is worthy of being promoted, meanwhile, we must construet a net whieh contain society, school and family to private AIDS.
