三明市新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的思考

Opinions on New-round Total Plan Revision of Land-using of Sanming City

本文针对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编势在必行的客观现实,在综合评价三明市上一轮规划的基础上,结合三明市国民经济发展实际及国家宏观调控下的土地政策变化趋势,提出了新一轮规划修编基本构想,以更好地发挥规划对三明市社会经济快速持续健康发展的促进作用。

Aiming at the essential objective reality of New-round Total Plan revision of Land-using, and combining with the actual development of the national economy and the land policy change trend under state＇s macro regulation and control in Sanming City, the basic revision conception is developed on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of new-round total plan of Sanming city, so as to play the role of plan in rapid, sustainable and health socio-economic development.
