Research Progress of Microspheres Used Biodegradable Materials

可生物降解高分子材料具有良好的生物相容性.聚合物和降解产物对机体毒副作用小,已成为微球等新药物剂型的重要载体材料。本文主要综述了明胶、壳聚糖、聚乳酸这三种常用的可生物降解的载药微球的研究进展。

Biodegradable polymer materials had good biocompatibility. Polymer and degradation product had small toxicity to the body, which become new drug major carriers of microsphere formulations. Latest research progress of microspheres containing drugs used three commonly biodegradable materials which were gelatin, chitosan and polylactide was summarized.
