对我国中小企业危机管理系统的研究

On the Crisis Management System of the SME

在经济全球化和竞争国际化的知识经济时代背景下,我国中小企业必须构建科学的危机管理系统。中小企业危机管理系统主要由三部分构成:危机前以预警机制为主的预防管理系统、危机发生时以沟通为核心的控制处理系统、危机后以总结与评估为要素的恢复管理系统三个功能模块。通过危机管理有效运行,保障中小企业运营的安全性。

It is necessary for the SME to create a scientific crisis management system, during the sciential economy era,which represented by economic globalization and international competition. SME crisis management system is mainly made up of three parts ： preventing management system mainly composed by warning system before crisis, controlling management system at which core is communication in the event of crisis, recovery management system composed by summarizing and evaluating after crisis, all above are functional modules. By operating the crisis management system efficiently, the safety of SME operation is firmly ensured.
