摘要
为寻找高效阻化剂以阻止煤炭自热引燃,在控温炉中对DDS系列煤自燃阻化剂的阻化效果进行了实验研究,并与以前的阻化剂做了比较。实验采用烟煤作为试样,借助于著名的Frank-Kamenetski模型,利用4,6,8和10厘米立方体阻化煤样在60~220℃温度范围估测其氧化反应的活化能。与未阻化的水湿煤样相比,DDS5阻化煤氧化反应的活化能增大了20kJ/mol,相当于增加了45%。该研究中也考虑了影响阻化效果的各种因素。在实验结果的基础上,提出了阻化动力学机理。最后。
Driven by the need to identify an effective inhibitor to supprees the self heating and spontaneous ignition of coal,the effect of DDS series of retardants on a bituminous coal has been investigated experimentally in a temperature controlled oven. Meanwhile,the effectiveness of DDS series of inhibitors was compared to that of the previously used inhibitors. By means of the well known Frank Kamenetkii model,the activation energy of oxidation of the inhibited coal is evaluated with 4,6,8 and 10 cm cube sample under a temperature range from 60 to 220℃. The activation energy of the coal inhibited by DDS5 increases by up to 20kJ/mol which equals to 45% increased,in comparison to that of coal wetted with water. The factors affecting inhibition effect are also considered.On the basis of the experimental results,a kinetic interpretation of retardation mechanism is put forward. Finally,the possibility of using the most effective inhibitor in practice is discussed.
