摘要
目前发现,促血栓形成性基因变异可能促进阿司匹林抵抗,增加心血管事件的风险。这些基因多态性主要包括:①编码环氧合酶1的基因多态性;②编码血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲa的血小板抗原1/血小板抗原2多态性;③编码血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅰa/Ⅱa的807C/T和873G/A多态性。通过基因多态性的检测不仅有助于阐明阿司匹林抵抗的发生机制,同时也为患者选择合理有效的药物疗法、实现治疗策略的个体化以及临床转归的评估提供理论基础。
