Modernization and Nationalization of Chinese Philosophy——On Feng Youlan's View of Modern Chinese Philosophy

通过对中国现代哲学发展的参与和总结,冯友兰提出了自己的中国现代哲学观。在他看来,所谓中国现代哲学就是中国哲学在现代化时代的发展,其主要特点是现代化与民族化的统一。具体说来,主要是运用逻辑分析方法来接着宋明道学往下讲。冯友兰的中国现代哲学观具有鲜明的二重性:一方面反映出中西哲学交汇融通的时代特征,另一方面却忽视了马克思主义哲学中国化在中国现代哲学中的地位和价值。

Feng Youlan put forward his own view of modern Chinese philosophy by summarizing development of modern Chinese philosophy. According to him, modern Chinese philosophy is development of Chinese philosophy in modern times and is characterized by unity of modernization and nationalization. Feng Youlan＇s view of modern Chinese philosophy carries the distinctive feature of duality. On one hand, it reflects the integration of Chinese and western philosophies. On the other hand, it neglects Marxist position and value in modern Chinese philosophy.
