摘要 目的研究海洛因成瘾对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法实验随机分成3组:海洛因成瘾组、海洛因成瘾后戒断组和对照组。采用Morris水迷宫对各组大鼠进行学习记忆能力检测。结果①在Morris水迷宫定位航行实验中,三组动物逃避潜伏期和搜索距离均随训练进程逐渐缩短,其中成瘾组的成绩大于戒断组和对照组(P<0.01);②在Morris水迷宫空间搜索实验中,海洛因成瘾组和戒断组大鼠原平台所在象限的搜索时间及原平台象限游泳距离占总距离百分比均明显小于对照组(P<0.01),其中成瘾组大鼠的成绩又小于戒断组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论海洛因成瘾可损害大鼠的学习记忆能力。 Objective To study the effects of heroin on spatial learning and memory in rat. Methods Test rats were separately divided into three groups:heroin dependence group,heroin abstained group and control group. Morris water maze tests were conduted to detect the escape latency,the searching distance in place ,navigation test and the explore time,the distance of original platform area in proportion to the total distance in spatial probe test. Results (1)The escape latency and the searching distance of heroin dependence rats are. significantly longer than the rats of control and abstained groups in place navigation test (P〈0.01). (2)The explore time and the distance of original platform area in proportion to the total distance of heroin dependence rats are less than the heroin abstained group (P〈0.05),less than the control group(P〈0.01) in spatial probe test. Conclusions Heroin dependence harms the spatial learning and memory in rat.
