摘要
目的比较古今五仁丸汤剂对正常小白鼠胃肠蠕动的影响。方法将NIH清洁级小白鼠48只随机分成古代五仁丸方组、现代五仁丸方组、溴吡斯的明组和空白对照组。正常喂养3d后,均以经口灌胃给药,每天1次,连续两周后,以颈椎脱臼法处死后立即计算小肠推进率。结果古代方组和现代方组的小白鼠小肠推进率皆优于空白对照组和溴吡斯的明组,古代方组又优于现代方组,两两对比,差异显著(P﹤0.05)。结论古代五仁丸方比现代五仁丸方具有更好的通便作用。
Objective To compare the influence of the ancient and modem decotion of Wuren Wan on mice's gastrointestinal peristalsis. Methods 48 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: Ancient Formula Group (AF Group), Modem Formula Group (MF Group), Neostimine Group and Normal Control Group. Each group of mice, while being ordinarily fed for three days, was administrated by gastrogavage with drugs once a day for successive two weeks. Mice were sacrificed in batch by cervical dislocation and the rate of small intestine propulsion was calculated inmaediately. Results The rate of small intestine propulsion of AF Group and MF Group was higher than Neostimine Group and Normal Control Group. The AF Group was higher than the MF Group. Conclusions The ancient decotion of Wuren Wan has a better effect on purgation than the modern group.
