浅谈新时期少数民族地区高校学生素质教育

少数民族地区高校办学的根本任务是培养适应少数民族地区经济社会发展所需要的高素质的各类专门人才,对于少数民族地区高校来说,实施素质教育,除了体现高等教育的一般特点外,还体现为少数民族地区、大学独特的个性特点。因此,少数民族地区高校教育必须坚持以人为本,充分调动广大师生的积极性,积极探索各种有效途径和方法,培养具有健全人格的高素质人才。

To carry out quality education is to hnplement the educational policy of the Communist Party of China, to develop the creative power and practice capability of students and to cultivate overall developed builders of socialism. The ultimate task of colleges and universities in the ethnic area is to cultivate different kinds of talents who meet the needs of social and economic development, so as to improve the whole quality of people in the area. As far as colleges in ethnic area are concerned, besides the general characteristics of higher education, the implementation of quality education should also embody the special feature of the area. Therefore, colleges in ethnic area should stick to the policy of human management and explore efficient methods to cultivate the talents with high quality.
