摘要
目的研究不同金属制品经不同方式处理后的抗菌性能和抗霉菌性能的区别。方法参照AATCC100—1993《家用和类似用途电器的抗菌、除菌——抗菌材料的特殊要求》,进行加热氧化亲水处理紫铜箔等11种金属制品的抗菌和抗霉菌实验。结果加热氧化亲水处理紫铜箔、溶液氧化亲水处理紫铜箔、络化亲水处理紫铜箔、H65黄铜、TP2磷脱氧紫铜、特种铝青铜、人工铜绿均有明显的抗菌(大肠杆菌ATCC25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538)和抗霉菌作用。结论可充分利用金属铜制品的抗菌和抗霉菌性能,改善家用电器等产品的抗微生物污染性能。
Objective To study the difference of antimicrobial and anti-mildew capability of the metal materials treated in different ways, Methods According to Anti-microbe and Sterilization of Household Electric Appliance and Other Similar Appliance: the Special Request of Antimicrobial Materials, the experiments were conducted. Results Products made of copper showed a better effect in anti-microbe and antl-mildew than stainless steel and aluminium. Conclusion The anti-microbial and antl-mildew capability of cupreous products should be used adequately to improve the performance of anti microbe contamination of household electric appliance etc.
