本文针对我国废弃物监测中在采样、制样、浸出毒性实验、分析方法及标准制定方面存在的主要问题，进行了深入的探讨与研究，并提出了相应的解决办法和建议。

The major problems existed in Chinese solid waste monitoring have been discussed,including sampling,sample making,test conditions of solid leaching,and standard formulating.The appropriate measures and suggestion have been concluded regarding Chinese current situations.
