小型钛板坚固内固定技术在下颌骨骨折中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过评估下颌骨骨折小型钛板坚固内固定术的可靠性及其效果,探讨其优缺点。方法:参考Champy方法及AO原则,对62例患者共102处下颌骨骨折行小型钛板复位坚固内固定。结果:62例患者中术后4例患者发生伤口感染,5例发生局部缝线裂开,其余均Ⅰ期愈合;58例恢复到术前咬合关系,仅4例患者出现局部咬合关系不良;术后张口度≥37 mm者56例;X线复查未发现骨愈合不良或假关节形成。结论:下颌骨骨折的小型钛板坚固内固定效果可靠,避免了颌间结扎;对颞下颌关节功能影响小;口内手术入路避免了面部皮肤瘢痕;较传统的下颌骨骨折颌间结扎固定及钢丝拴扎固定有明显的优点。 Objective: To evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of miniplate internal rigid fixation in mandibular fractures. Methods.. One hundred and two mandibular fractures in 62 cases treated with titanium miniplate internal rigid fixation were analyzed. All surgical procedures were consulted by Champy Method and AO principle. Results: No infection was found 58 cases had satisfied occlusion, 4 cases had unfavorable local malocclusion. The mouth openings of 58 cases were over 37 ram, only 4 cases less than 37 mm in 3 months postoperatively. Conclusion: The miniplate internal rigid fixation has the advantages over conventional intermaxillary fixation and wire fixation
