摘要
本文以系统优化理论为指导 ,以隰县试区为例 ,采用主导因子分级组合法 ,对黄土残塬沟壑区进行了立地分类 ,并采用专家咨询模糊综合评分法进行了土地适宜性评价 ,通过构造综合效益指数 ,将地域土地利用规划目标数量化。在此基础上 ,建立了多林种、多树种、多目标土地利用规划辅助决策模型 ,并将规划方案付诸实施。为黄土高原综合治理与农业发展探索了一条通过合理开发利用土地资源 ,调整土地利用结构 。
Guided by the theory of systematical optimization, the paper provides a way to classify site types and evaluates their productivity for forest plantatin on broken Loess Plateau region of Shanxi Province. Based on the results, the programming object for multiple land use were developed and used in Xixian County Experimental District which is taken as an example. A fuzzy integrated eco-economic benefit index was designed to quantify the programme goal. Using this index, land assisstant decision-making model was built to optimize the benefit of exploration of local land resource. By reformation of local land use structure, the plan was used to guide the establishment of local environmental supporting system of sustaiable agro-economic development.
