摘要
在研究钢液脱碳机理的基础上建立了RH—MFB脱碳数学模型在深入研究影响RH—MFB脱碳因素的基础上确定了模型中的具体参数、依据数学模型编制了计算机应用软件并对模拟结果与实际生产进行了对比实验,两者数据吻合程度较高,验证了模型的正确性。
Mathematic model of decarbonization in RH - MFB has been found on the basis of the research of decarbonization mechanism;and concrete parameters has been set up basaed on deep research of factors affecting process of decarbonization in RH - MFB. According to the mathematic model, application software has been prorammed, and comparing the simulated results and the results in real manufacturing process, the two parts of data is basically identical, and validity of model has been confirmed.
