The Reason and the Solution of Filament Breaking for High-speed WEDM

针对高速走丝线切割机床易断丝的问题,从非正常操作、电极丝、运丝系统、工作台、电参数、工件、工作液等方面进行了分析。

In view of the fact that fliament of HS - WEDM is easily broken, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem from some aspects in detail, including improper operation electrode thread, thread feeding system, workbench, electric parameters ,work piece ,work liquid and so on. Some methods to solve the problem were presented.
