摘要
文章就抗生素的后效应的机理、研究方法、影响因素等做了综述。
The postantibiotic effect (PAE) was determined by exposing the organism to an antimicrobial agent for a limited time in vitro and, after removal of drug, monitoring regrowth by serially measuring viabIe counts, it still was inhibitated. Many experiments showed that the determination of the interval of giving antibiotics is the time of PAE plus the time when concentration is above MIC or MBC. This can not only prolong the interval of administration, but also can reduced given dosage and ADRs, then the therapeutic effect has no change. It's very significient in treating infection diseases.
