双酮嗪软膏的制备研究

Studies on ointment preparation of bisdiketopiperazini

将双酮嗪试制成外用膏剂，经质量检测及稳定性考查表明，该剂型处方设计合理，制备工艺简便，质量稳定。临床初步观察，效果良好。作为治疗银屑病外用药具有一定的开发前景。

In this paper, described bisdiketopiperazini was transformed frorn oral to external ointment. Tests on quality and stability of the ointment were also involved. The results showed that the design of prescription for the ointment was reasonable, procedure was simple and quality was stable. Clinical trial indicated that it has satisfactory curative effect for psoriasis and a bright future in development.
