Quantitative analysis of paeonoe in Paeonia suffruticosa and Zhi Lin capsule by UV Spectrophotometry

采用紫外分光光度法测定止淋胶囊中丹皮酚含量，方法简便快速，避免了空白溶液的干扰，平均回收率102．5％，RSD＝2．46％（n＝6）。

Paeonoe in Zhi Lin capsule was determined by UV spectrophotometry. This method is sirnple, rapid, and eliminated interference from blank solution. The arerage recovery rate was 102. 5 % and RSD was 2. 46% (n =6).
