广西巴马小型猪生长期日粮蛋白与能量水平需要的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的本试验对生长期(45~117日龄)的广西巴马小型猪进行了生长饲养实验。方法试验一:选择40头40日龄断奶广西巴马小型猪,按平均体重随机分为四组(10头/组)。在45~80日龄,四个组分别喂以含蛋白质水平为13%、14%、16%、18%的日粮;在81~117日龄,仍以上面的40头广西巴马小型猪为实验材料,分别喂以含蛋白质水平为11%、12%、13%、14%的日粮。试验二:选择40头40日龄断奶广西巴马小型猪,按平均体重随机分为四组(10头/组)。分别喂以日粮1(CPl5%、DEl2.95MJ/kg),日粮2(CPl5%、DEl3.37MJ/kg),日粮3(CPl3%、DEl2.95MJ/kg)和日粮4(CPl3%、DEl3.37MJ/kg)。结果在45~80日龄,上述不同蛋白质含量的日粮对广西巴马小型猪的总增重影响差异不显著(P〉0.05);在81~117日龄,蛋白水平为12%、13%、14%的日粮对小型猪的总增重影响差异不显著(P〉0.05),但蛋白质水平为11%的日粮组总增重显著低于前面三组(P〈0.05)。试验二的结果表明,4种不同能量与蛋白组合的日粮对生长期(45~75日龄)小型猪的总增重影响差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论本实验结果表明广西巴马小型猪生长期(45~117日龄)日粮营养需要水平为粗蛋白12%~13%,消化能12.95MJ/kg。日喂料量为体重的2.O%~2.25%即可维持广西巴马小型猪的生长期(45~117日龄)较缓慢的生长速度。 Objective Three trials were carried out to evaluate the crud protein (CP) and digestive energy (DE) concentration in diets for growing Bama minipig. Methods Forty Bama minipigs weaned at age of 40 d with similar body weight were assigned randomly into four groups of 10 pigs each. In trial Ⅰ , the pigs in group 1,2,3 and 4 were fed with diets containing 13% ,14%, 16% and 18% CP from age of 45 to 80 d, respectively, and the digestive energy (DE) level in the four diets was set as 12.95 MJ/kg. In trial Ⅱ , the animals in group 1, 2, 3 and 4 of trial Ⅰ were fed with diets contained 11% ,12%, 13% and 14% CP from 81 - 117 d of age, respectively, and all diets had the same DE concentration (12.95 MJ/kg). In trial Ⅲ, another 40 pigs with similar body weight weaned at 40 d of age were assigned randomly in 4 groups with 10 pigs each. Four dietary treatments were used: (1)15% CP and DE 13.37 MJ/kg; (2) 15% CP and DE 12.95 MJ/kg; (3)13% CP and DE 13.37 MJ/kg and (4)13% CP and DE 12.95 MJ/kg. Results The results showed that there was no difference in body weight gains between the fours groups of animals in trial Ⅰ ( P 〉 0.05). In trials Ⅱ, pigs fed diet with 11% CP had significant low body weight gain compared to the animals in the other three groups (P 〈 0.05). However, no significant difference in body weigh gain was observed between the animals from the other thee groups ( P 〉 0.05). In trial Ⅲ, no significant difference in body weight gain was detected in the four dietary treatments ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The appropriate concentrations of CP and DE for growing Bama minipig were proposed as 12% - 13% CP and 12.95 MJ/kg based on the results in this study.
