摘要
蚕蛹油中富含α-亚麻酸和其他不饱和脂肪酸,具有较高的食用和药用价值。蚕蛹油传统的提取方法存在收率低和溶剂残留等问题。研究了采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术从蚕蛹中萃取蚕蛹油的工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了适宜的萃取工艺参数为萃取压力25Mpa,萃取时间2h,萃取温度35℃,在此试验条件下萃取率可达89.9%。
The silkworm pupa oil is abundant with alpha -linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids with high edible value and medical value. The traditional extraction method of the silkworm pupa oil has problems such as low yield ratio, residual solvent and etc. This paper puts forward a work on the technique of applying supercritical CO2extraction technology to extract the silkworm pupa oil from the silkworm pupa. The feasible parameters of the extraction technique obtained through single factor tests and orthogonal tests are extraction pressure 25MPa, extraction time 2h, and extraction temperature 35℃. The yield ratio reaches 89.9% under the experimental condition.
