摘要
分析了我国食品工业未来保持高速发展的关键因素是全面的科技创新。进而论述应加大传统面制主食科技创新的力度,提升传统面制主食在食品工业中的地位,突破生产设备技术水平落后的瓶颈,发挥企业的主体作用,利用创新推进产业的整体升级和稳定增长。
Comprehensive technological innovation as the key factor for the high development of food industry is analyzed in this article. The following items are suggested, promoting the role of traditional flour based staple food in the food industry, breaking though the bottleneck of outdated apparatus, giving space for the enterprises' development, and upgrading the industry and keeping stable growth by innovation.
