不同海拔地区与急进高海拔地区正常人细胞因子含量的对比分析 被引量:1

Comparison of Level of Cytokine among Low, High and Acute Exposed Altitude for Healthy Adults

摘要 目的:探讨低海拔地区及中度海拔地区正常人和急进高海拔地区后正常人细胞因子的变化及各组间的比较。方法:选择急进高海拔地区30例正常人和低海拔及中度海拔各30人进行五项细胞因子含量的测定,五项测定均采用放射免疫法。结果:中度海拔组与低海拔组五项细胞因子含量除IL-6无显著差别外,其他均有显著差别。急进高海拔组与低海拔组比较IL-8有显著差别;与中度海拔组比较IL-1、IL-2、IL-8、TNF有显著差别,其他均无差别。结论:中度海拔组部分细胞因子含量的增高是免疫系统通过释放可溶性的细胞因子作用于神经和内分泌系统,使神经-内分泌与免疫系统间形成双向的相互关系达到内环境新的平衡。而急进高海拔组由于糖皮质激素的增高可通过抑制化学介质使炎性细胞因子等合成释放,减轻炎症反应或减少组织损伤,但急进高海拔后机体产生大量的糖皮质激素又可以使机体的免疫系统受到抑制。 Objective: To investigate the changes and its significance of the level of IL-1. IL-2. IL-6. IL-8 and TNF in normal persons lived at low, medium altitude and acute exposed altitude persons. Methotis:Levels of five type cytokine were measured by radioimmunoassay in healthy persons who were from low, medium altitude and were acutely exposed to altitude respectively in blocks of 30. The results were compared each other. Results: There was a difference of level of IL-1. IL-2 .IL-8 and TNF between low and medium altitude group; as well for level of IL-8 between low and acute exposure group. There was a significant difference of IL-1, IL-2.IL-8.TNF between the acute exposure group and the medium altitude group. Conclusions:The contents of cytokine increased, at least parts, in the medium altitude healthy persons. The level of IL-1. IL-2. IL-8.TNF was increased in acute exposed altitude persons.
