受多种因素的影响,我国社区矫正在适用上面临诸多限制。笔者对我国社区矫正适用中存在的问题进行反思,在此基础上对有关社区矫正的立法、机构、人员、经费等方面进行探讨,并提出改善我国社区矫正的措施。

Affected by many factors, the community correction in China is restricted in its application. The paper studies the problems of community correction, discusses the issues of legislation, institution, personnel, finance etc. and puts forward some measures on the improvement of community correction in China.
