当前,教师发展理论的一个重要取向,就是从"徳性论"的视角出发来讨论教师职业道德修养,追求教师在教书育人的过程中回归徳性生命本身、回归生活世界。本文力图从"徳性论"的角度来探讨高校教师在教书育人中的、徳性发展和徳性境界。
