摘要
当前,教师发展理论的一个重要取向,就是从"徳性论"的视角出发来讨论教师职业道德修养,追求教师在教书育人的过程中回归徳性生命本身、回归生活世界。本文力图从"徳性论"的角度来探讨高校教师在教书育人中的、徳性发展和徳性境界。
one of the important tropisms of the teachers' development theory is to discuss the vocational virtues of teachers from the visual angle of "the theory of virtue" , and to pursue the regress of the virtue in the process of education. The paper discusses the virtue development and the virtue ambit of university teachers in education from the angle of "the theory of virtue".
