摘要
联合国教科文组织自成立半个多世纪以来出版了大量教育文献,其中有许多文献讨论了教师问题,提出了不少有价值的观点和主张,形成了较为系统的教师理念。其内容涉及教师的地位与作用、教师的责任与使命、教师的素质与培养、教师与学生的关系等。教科文教育文献的教师理念对于我们认识和理解教师和教师教育问题具有重要的启示意义。
Since its foundation over half a century ago, UNESCO has published a large sum of educational literatures, many of which has studied the issue of teachers. In these literatures a lot of ideas and theories of much value has been put forward, shaping a systematic picture of teacher ideas. They are concerned about the role, position, mission, and responsibility of teachers, the quality of education and cultivation of talents, the relationship between teachers and students. These ideas offers significant inspiration for us to understand teaches and teacher education problems.
