复明冲剂治疗急性葡萄膜炎患者的免疫功能观察

The immunologic function changes of the patients with acute uveitis treated with fuming diluent

目的：观察中药复明冲剂和激素治疗急性葡萄膜炎患者的免疫功能改变。方法：两组患者分别用复明冲剂和激素治疗，并于治疗前后进行免疫功能检测。结果：治疗前两组患者均表现Ｔ淋巴细胞降低和免疫球蛋白升高。治疗后中药组患者的Ｔ淋巴细胞恢复正常，而激素组患者Ｔ淋巴细胞继续下降。治疗后两组患者免疫球蛋白均有所降低。结论：内因性葡萄膜炎患者存在免疫活性细胞异常，复明冲剂有提高细胞免疫功能的作用。

OBJECTIVE: To observe immunologic function changes in two groups of patients with acute uveitis who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fuming diluent and steroids. METHODS: T lymphocyte count and immunoglobulins were determined in two groups of patients before and after treatment. RESULTS: The results showed T lymphocyte count decreased and immunoglobulins increased before treatment in two groups. After treatment T lymphocyte count and immunoglobulins were normal in the fuming deluent group, but T lymphocyte count had been decreasing in the steriods group. CONCLUSION: Chinese medicine fuming diluent may increase T lymphocyte count and improve cell immunologic function of the patients with acute uveitis.
