摘要
利用凝胶过滤层析Sephadex G-75、强阳离子交换色谱SP-650M,从苦瓜籽中分离纯化出一种活性多肽.该多肽在Tricine-SDS-PAGE上显示为单一的谱带,分子量约为6.8 kDa.在经还原剂二硫苏糖醇(DTT)处理后的电泳结果表明该多肽不含有分子间的二硫键.此多肽是一种胰蛋白酶抑制剂,同时具有抗植物致病菌活性,是一种具有双功能作用的多肽.
A novel antifungal peptide was isolated from bitter melon seeds by extraction with etch, Sephadex G75 chromatography and strong cation exchange chromatography column (SP -650M ). It was identified to be homogeneous by Tricine - SDS - PAGE, and the relative molecular weight was estimated to be about 6.8 kDa. It was a trypsin inhibitor and showed antifungal activity against Pythium aphanidermatum, Fusarium oxysporum and Botrytis cinerea. It is expected to be applied to the prevention of insect pests and plant diseases.
