摘要
以交联球形壳聚糖珠体为骨架,以丙烯酸(AA)为单体,通过接枝共聚的方法赋予球形壳聚糖吸附剂弱酸型基团——羧酸基,合成出球形壳聚糖珠体/AA接枝共聚物,并进行制备条件的优选实验,得出最佳的制备工艺条件为:以硝酸铈铵/HNO3作为引发体系,引发剂的用量为6.0%,单体与壳聚糖珠体的最佳质量比为2∶1,反应温度60.0℃,反应时间3.0 h.在上述工艺条件下制备出的球形壳聚糖珠体/AA接枝共聚物的接枝率为34.96%,而AA的均聚物含量仅为8.52%.
The poly (AA) chitosan graft copolymer was synthesized by graft copolymerization of the monomer of acrylic acid ( denoted as AA) onto the matrix of cross - linked spherical chitosan beads. The structure of the polymer was characterized by IR. And, the reaction conditions were also optimized. It was found that the optimum conditions included 2 : 1 of the mass ratio of acrylic acid and spherical chitosan matrix, 6.0% of the initiator dosage of ceric ammonium nitrate and HNO3,60.0℃ of the reaction temperature and 3.0 h of the reaction time. Under the above conditions, the highest graft percentage could reach 34.96% and the homopolymer of AA was only 8.52%.
