摘要
激光内雕刻系统中,三维点的雕刻次序关系到雕刻的质量和效率。在考虑雕刻光路和激光能量分布影响的基础上,借鉴图像处理的思想及投影操作,提出了一种量化若干层内雕刻点光路遮挡程度的方法,并将遮挡程度的量化结果作为扩大点集合的判断依据,由此可采用柔性的方法调节雕刻质量与效率的平衡。
In laser carving system, the sequency of 3D points to be carved is relative to quality and efficiency. The paper brought forward a method to measure mutual covering level of 3D points in layers by projection and using some image processing methods, according to which the number of points in one part was enlarged. And it also supplies a flexible way to balance carving quality and efficiency.
