摘要
《中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会报告》(下文简称"十七大报告"),内容丰富,既有全新的创意,也有近几次代表大会精神的重申,又有多年未讲的意思的重提,但都是针对当前现实问题,因而具有十分重要的意义。文章就报告中提到的三个问题,谈谈个人的学习体会:一是强调"发挥国家计划在宏观调控中的导向作用"的意义;二是重申"坚持和完善基本经济制度"的意义;三是关于小康社会分配格局和收入分配制度改革的一些新提法。
＂Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China＂ （＂17th Report＂ for abbreviation） has rich content, including brand new originality, restatement of the spirit of recent congresses, and reproposition of the meanings that haven＇ t been carried forward these years as well . They＇ re all in accordance with the situation of nowadays, therefore, should be attached with great importance. This paper is based on the personal learning experience of three issues mentioned in the 17th Report： 1. Emphasis on the significance of ＂Giving play to the guiding roles of national development plans in macroeconomic regulation＂; 2. Restatement of the meaning of ＂Sticking to and improving the basic economic system＂; 3. Some new propositions on the reform of a moderately prosperous society＇s pattern of income distribution and income distribution system.
