摘要
为解决产品族设计中平台确定和接口设计的问题,提出了一种建立系列平台的设计方法,并引入机械总线的概念。该方法以已有产品的功能结构为基础,通过划分产品模块、分析模块性矩阵和评估矩阵得到系列平台,利用机械总线实现平台模块与个性模块的连接,通过替换个性模块得到个性化产品,并对国内某企业生产的工程钻机建立了系列平台。
In order to determine the product platform and interface design for product family design, a design method of building product series platforms is proposed, and the concept of mechanical bus is introcluced, It is on the bagis of function structures of existing products, and through identifying modules, analyzing modularity matrix and evaluation matrix serial of platforms is built . The connectivon between the platforms and the individual modules is realized by the mechanical bus. The individual ized products can be abtained by substituting one or more individual modules. The proposed approach has been applied to the design platform of engineering drills.
