摘要
分析了含RPP型Ⅱ级杆组的双曲柄七杆机构和三曲柄七杆机构的特征。分析了连杆上任意点P的工作空间的求解规律。求出了连杆点P的行程变化规律。推导出了连杆点P的位置、工作空间、行程等与结构参数的关系。该分析结果对以可控七杆机构实现任意运动规律的直线输出运动的设计有重要意义。
This paper analyzed the features of seven-bar mechanism, which is composed of Hinge Five-Bar Mechanism (HFBM) and a RPP Grade- Ⅱ Assur Group. The workspaces of coupler point P of double crank HFBM and triple crank HFBM are solved, respectively. The strokes associated with coupler oints P on different position of seven-bar mechanism are gained. The relation among the workspace, stroke, the position of coupler point P and the structure Parameters are analyzed. The results are a theoretical basis of realizing controlled translatory-output displacement by means of the seven-bar mechanism.
