摘要 介绍了平面凸轮的精密测量方法,并以此为基础探讨了一种平面凸轮机构从动件运动规律反求新方法。为了准确地反求从动件运动规律,提出了一种先将测量数据拟合为曲线,并进行光顺处理,再重新离散曲线的方法。实验结果表明,该方法能快速、精密、准确地实现平面凸轮的测量及从动件运动规律的反求设计。它不仅适合于编程处理,亦适合现有的CAD/CAE软件的应用,并可推广应用于空间凸轮机构。 Precise measurement method for disk cams is presented in this paper, and a new approach to reverse design of follower motion specification is also proposed based on precise measurement. In order to reverse the follower motion specifications accurately, an approach, fitting measurement data first and then transforming the curve that smoothed into discrete points, is also proposed. By experiment, it proves that the method can realize precise measurement for disk cams and reverse design of disk cam mechanism follower motion specifications rapidly , exactly and accurarely. This approach is suitable for both programming and the using of existing CAD/CAE sofeware, and it could also be used for revese dseign of follower motion specifications for spatial cam mechanism.
