摘要 转台数字模型是转台运动学及动力学仿真、整机虚拟测试的基础。本文对转台数字模型的构建方法进行了研究,应用了主参数信息模型的设计方法,并结合模块化设计思想,建立了分层递阶的转台主参数信息模型,通过该模型可以实现主参数驱动转台数字设计。基于转台主参数信息模型开发的"主参数驱动的确UOO型转台数字化设计系统"作为项目成果之一,已成功地应用于某船舶研究所。 Digital model of turntable is the basis of kinematic and dynamic simulation and virtual testing, Construction approach of digital model of turntable is studied. With the design approach of information model indexed by key parameters and the method of modular design, the delaminated information model of turntable indexed is constructed, With this model, digital design of turntable deiven by key parameters is realized. Based on this information model, a Dedicated Digital Design System driven by key parameters for UOO Turntable has been developed and applied successfully in a shipping institute.
