摘要
对含硫酸根的高浓度工业废水在好氧曝气池中产生高硫化物型污泥膨胀的原因进行了分析。在复合式生物反应器中,采用DO—pH控制法对高硫化物型污泥膨胀进行控制,试验结果表明,通过调整进水pH值来控制污泥膨胀的方法经济有效且简便易行。在缺氧条件下,将进水的pH值提高至7.5时,出水SVI值由834 mL/g降至200 mL/g;在微氧状态下,保持pH值为7.5,并将生物选择器调至DO=0.7~1.0 mg/L时,SVI值快速降至100 mL/g以下。
The cause of sulfide sludge bulking produced by high concentration industrial waste-water with sulfate in aerobic aeration tank was analyzed.The high sulfide sludge bulking was controlled using DO-pH control method in hybrid bioreactor.The results show that it is an economical and effective way to control sulfide sludge bulking by adjusting pH value in influent.Under anoxic condition,the SVI value in effluent is reduced from 834 mL/g to 200 mL/g when the pH value in the influent is increased to 7.5.Under micro-aerobic condition,the SVI value in effluent is quickly reduced to less than 100 mL/g if the DO is adjusted to 0.7-1.0 mg/L in the bio-selector and the pH value maintains at 7.5.
