摘要
采用自行设计研制的多级内循环厌氧反应器(MIC反应器)处理柠檬酸生产废水,以城市污水处理厂消化池厌氧污泥为接种污泥,采用逐步提高进水负荷的方法启动反应器。经过2个多月的调试运行,反应器的泥床区内已充满颗粒污泥,进水容积负荷达8 kgCOD/(m3.d)左右,对COD的去除率稳定在85%左右,实现了MIC反应器的快速成功启动。
Multi-internal-circle(MIC) anaerobic reactor which was self-designed and manufactured was applied to treat the citric acid wastewater.Using anaerobic sludge from digestion tank of municipal wastewater treatment plant as seeding sludge,the start-up of the reactor was carried out by increasing the influent loading step by step.After the commissioning operation for more than two months,the sludge bed zone of the reactor is full of granular sludge,the volume loading of the influent can reach about 8 kgCOD/(m^3·d),and the COD removal rate is stably about 85%.Rapid start-up of the reactor is realized successfully.
