大型湿法烟气脱硫喷淋塔内阻力特性数值模拟 被引量:46

摘要 利用Fluent软件包,对300MW机组湿法烟气脱硫(wet flue gas desulfurization,WFGD)系统喷淋塔内阻力特性进行了数值模拟,着重考察了不同塔径、喷淋层间距和喷淋层数等设计条件及不同负荷、液气比等运行工况下喷淋塔内阻力特性。结果表明,300MW机组WFGD系统喷淋塔内阻力在烟气量125×104m3/h、塔径13m、4层喷淋、层间距1.7m时约为950Pa,与实际工程测量数据较为吻合;塔径、喷淋层数量、负荷和液气比是影响喷淋塔内阻力的重要因素;模拟计算值可作为喷淋塔设计与运行优化的依据。 By the Fluent software package, the resistance of 300 MW wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) spraying scrubber was simulated, and how different scrubber diameter, level spacing interval, level number, load, ratio of liquid to gas affect the scrubber resistance. The results show, for flue gas flow 125×10^4 m^3/h, scrubber diameter 13 m, four spray levels and level spacing interval 1.7 m, the resistance value of the 300MW WFGD spraying scrubber is about 950 Pa, which almost accords with the data measured in field. And the scrubber resistance is significantly affected by scrubber diameter, level number, load and ratio of liquid to gas. The simulation results can be provided as the bases for design and operation optimization of the spraying scrubber.
