摘要
介绍电力动态管理系统的系统结构和系统功能,设计了如何在地理信息系统中实现电网电力调度和线路巡检的方法,详细论述了电力调度的算法思想与实现方法。该系统具有易于扩展和便于维护等优点。
In this paper, the structure and function of dynamic power management system (GIS) are introduced. The method of how to dispatch electric power and inspection tour according to GIS is also designed, and finally the thought and realization of electric power dispatching algorithm are demonstrated in detail. This system is easy to expand and facilitate maintenance.
