摘要
利用优化准则算法,按照变密度法求解拓扑优化的固体各向同性惩罚微结构模型(SIMP 模型),结合工程应用的实际状况,对注塑机固定模板结构进行了拓扑优化,合理布置加强筋,使其得到更好的材料分布。在满足产品技术指标的同时,变形减少了3.5%,提高了模板刚度,质量减少了9.5%,实现了结构轻量化的目标,得到了适合工程应用的优化模型。
The optimization of fixed platen structure of injection molding machine was carried out using criteria method, and the SIMP model was solved based on variable density method. The ribs were distributed properly according to the optimal design of structure to obtain better material configuration. With satisfaction of the technical indexes, the deformation of the fixed platen decreased by 3.5 %, the weight decreased by 9.5 %, and stiffness was improved. It was concluded that the optimization model of fixed platen was suitable for engineering application.
