摘要
变电站监控系统在变电站的生产运行和管理体系中占有重要地位,应交流特高压试验示范工程的建设要求,提前规划变电站监控系统的建设,以实时数据库为核心建设一个技术先进、经济实用、安全可靠、可扩展性强、用户友好的变电站监控系统,既是交流特高压试验示范工程高起点、高标准建设的要求,也是特高压变电站运行维护方便、系统稳定安全运行的一个先决因素。针对目前交流变电站监控系统的发展状况以及特高压变电站的一些实际情况,阐述了对于交流特高压变电站监控系统架构建设的一些观点,对交流特高压变电站的监控系统建设和运行可起到一定的参考作用。
The monitoring and control system of substation plays a more and more important role in the production operation and management system of substation. In answer of the requirement for the construction of UHVAC test and pilot project, it is necessary to plan the construction of monitoring and control system for substation in advance, and taking real-time/historical data base as the core to construct a substation monitoring and control system which should be advanced in technology, economic and practicable, easy to expand and use friendly. To build such a item is not only the requirement for the construction of a UHVAC test and pilot project with high standard and high start point, but also a prerequisite for stable and secure operation of UHVAC system as well as convenient operation and maintenance of UHVAC substations in future. In view of the present development status of monitoring and control system for AC substations and the practical situation of UHVAC substation, some viewpoints on the architecture construction of monitoring and control system for UHVAC substation are expounded which is available for reference in the construction and operation of monitoring and control system for UHVAC substation.
