纤维素酶、植酸酶及互作效应对统糠的影响 被引量:4

The effect of cellulose,phytase and its interactions on unite bran

摘要 以纤维素酶和植酸酶含量(分别为0%、0.8%、1.2%和0%、0.3%、0.5%)按照2因素3×3试验设计处理统糠,分为9个处理组,每组3个重复,测定其还原糖生成量、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和无机磷生成量。结果表明,添加纤维素酶、植酸酶组还原糖、粗蛋白质和无机磷量增加,粗纤维、NDF和ADF稍有增加,同时添加0.8%纤维素酶和0.3%植酸酶总体效果最好,还原糖和无机磷生成量分别是空白对照组的5.42、1.59倍。 Two factors' experiment with repeats was conducted to investigate the interaction between cellulase and phytase effects on producing sugars, protein, crude fibre, NDF, ADF and inorganic phosphorus of crude bran.The supplementary amount of cellulase was 0 %,0.8 % and 1.2 %;of the phytase was 0 %,0.3 % and 0.5 %.Results showed that the contents of producing sugars,protein, crude fibre, NDF,ADF and inorganic phosphorus in the crude bran slightly increased with adding cellulase or phytase.It was the optimal effect when the supplementary amount of cellulase was 0.8 % and of the phytase was 0.3 %.The number of producing sugars was 5.42 times more than the control in the crude bran and inorganic phosphorus 1.59 times.
