工程建设监理制度已经推行了十年之久,但是人们对监理工作的认识并不准确,还存在一些误区。这些认识上的误区,会使监理工作得不到业主应有的理解、重视和支持,甚至遭到不应有的干涉及阻力,影响监理工作的正常开展。监理工作只有被正确地理解和认识,才能得到建设单位的支持,才会提升监理的工作力度,从而达到预期的效果,确保工程建设项目实现计划目标。
