摘要
联合国认为,石油危机之后,下一次危机将是水,目前地区性水危机可能预示着全球性水危机的到来。虽然中国水资源总量居世界第四位,但人均占有量仅排在第88位,属于"缺水国家"。这种缺水状况,在数百座城市中尤为突出。因此,我们不仅要呼唤起人们水危机的意识,更重要在于行动,如何解决水资源短缺和水污染的矛盾,是全面实现小康,构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。
According to the UN, next crisis will be water resources. China belongs to one of countries which lack water. It is especially obvious in hundreds of cities. Therefore, we should awake people＇s awareness of water crisis, insist scientific development concept, keep continuous development strategy.
