输尿管镜下U100激光碎石治疗输尿管结石586例 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨输尿管镜下U100激光治疗输尿管结石疗效。方法 采用U100激光在输尿管镜下对586例输尿管结石进行碎石治疗。结果 586例患者一次碎石成功545例(93.0%),其中输尿管上段结石160例(83.8%),中下段结石385例(97.4%)。成功碎石的患者除出现血尿外,均无其他严重并发症发生。术后住院2~5天,平均3天。结论 U100激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全、对软组织损伤小、碎石成功率高,是输尿管结石的理想治疗方法。
