摘要
人工挖孔桩具有直径大,桩端可扩孔并嵌入基岩,施工透明度较高,质量相对比较可靠,具有很高的单桩竖向承载力,从上个世纪80年代开始,许多大中城市的高层建筑普遍采用,受到广大科技人员与开发商和建设单位的青昧,曾风靡一时,但因施工安全得不到保证,各地正逐步禁止使用或限制使用。同时若挖孔桩施工质量得不到控制,其结果是严重的,损失是巨大的。文章通过几个工程检测的案例,再议挖孔桩施工质量的控制。
Bored concrete pile whose end can extend and be inserted into bedrock has a large diameter, high transparency in construction process, relative reliability in quality and high vertical bearing capacity. From 1980s when it was widely welcomed by the construction units but has been prohibited or limited as its quality cannot be assured. The article restudies quality control of bored concrete pile construction through several project-inspecting examples.
